Eligibility Criteria for MH Law 2019
Students who wish to apply for the MH Law 2019 must match certain eligibility criteria to give the MH CET 2019 exam. Students can check out the below-mentioned Eligibility Standards as laid down by the CET.
MH Law CET 2019 Eligibility Criteria – 3 year LLB
- Students who will appear for the 3 year LLB Programme must be an Indian National
- Students must have completed the graduation 10+2+3 from a recognized educational institution
- The open category candidates should have scored a minimum 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
- The SC/ST candidates of Maharashtra state should have scored at least 40% marks in the qualifying examination.
- No upper age limit for 3 year LLB programme. But if there will be an upper age limit, it will be 30 years for the open category candidates whereas 35 years for the SC/ST candidates of the Maharashtra state.
MH Law CET 2019 Eligibility Criteria – 5 year LLB
- Only Indian nationals are eligible to appear for the examination
- Students must have completed the 10+2 from a recognized board of education
- For the candidates, there is no upper age limit however if the board decided the upper age limit it shall be 20 years for the open category candidates whereas, for the SC/ST candidates of Maharashtra state, it shall be 25 years.
- For the open category candidates, the minimum marks to be the score in the qualifying examinations are 55% whereas for the SC/ST candidates of Maharashtra state minimum marks are 50%
