The registration process for Lloyd Entrance Test (LET) 2018 has already started and will end on April 16, 2018. Lloyd Entrance Test (LET) 2018
LET is an online test which is scheduled to be held at 30 centres throughout India. Lloyd Law College has been ranked amongst the Top 25 Law Colleges of India by India Today Aspire, January 2018 and Ranked Number 9 in Top Law Colleges based on Popular Choice by Legal Services India. Admission to the B.A.LL.B.-5 Year Integrated program is made strictly on the basis of merit in the entrance examination and PI of the studnets. The eligibility criteria to apply for LET is as follows:
For BA LLB (5 years) Programme
- Should have passed Class 12th or its equivalent examination with at least 45% marks in aggregate for General Category & 40% marks in aggregate for SC/ST Category.
- There is no age limit.
- Those candidates appearing/appeared for the Annual Examination in March/April are also eligible to apply for LET.
For LLB (3 years) Programme
- Should hold a graduation degree in any discipline and must secure minimum 45% marks in aggregate for General Category & 40% marks in aggregate for SC/ST Catagory.
- Candidates appearing/appeared for the Annual Examination in March/April are also eligible to apply.
LET 2018 Application Form
The application form for Llyod LET 2018 has been released already at lloydlawcollege.edu.in. The applications for LET 2018 are to be filled and submitted by online mode only. No other mode of form submission is acceptable. Firstly, you need to register online by entering your basic details such as Email ID, Mobile Number, etc. Then you need to enter your Personal Details, Educational Qualification Details, Contact and other necessary information. Also, you need to upload scanned image of your photograph. The Photo to be uploaded should be in .jpg,.gif or .bmp format and the file size should not exceed 150 KB. Finally, pay the application fee and submit the application form.
Application Fee and Mode of Payment
The applicants need to pay an amount of Rs. 1500/- for the application fee. The application fee is same for both BA LLB and LLB program. The candidates can pay the application fee by either of the following modes:
- Online Payment using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking
- Demand Draft
- Cash Payment at Post Office

The exam pattern for LET 2018 is as follows:

- Marking Scheme: For every correct answer, 01 marks are given.

General Knowledge & Current Affairs
This section will test General knowledge & current affairs.
English including Comprehension
The English section will test the candidate’s proficiency in English based on comprehension and grammar. In the comprehension section, candidates will be questioned on their understanding of the passage and its central theme, meanings of words used therein etc. The grammar section will include correction of incorrect grammatical sentences, fill in the blanks with appropriate words, Jumbled words & Sentences, Antonyms, Synonyms, Part of Speech, Idioms & phrases etc.
This section will test candidate’s Knowledge of elementary mathematics upto 10th standard.
The purpose of the logical reasoning section is to test the student’s ability to identify patterns, logical links and rectify illogical arguments. It will include a wide variety of logical reasoning questions such as syllogisms, logical sequences, analogies, etc.
Legal Aptitude & Legal Awareness
This section will test the legal aptitude of the students. Questions will be framed with the help of legal propositions (described in the paper), and a set of facts to which the said proposition has to be applied. Some propositions may not be true in the real sense (e.g. the legal proposition might be that any person who speaks in a movie hall and disturbs other that are watching the movie will be banned from entering any movie theatre across India for one year). Candidates will have to assume the truth of these propositions and answer the question accordingly.
Candidates will not be tested on any prior knowledge of law or legal concepts. If a technical/legal term is used in the question, that term will be explained in the question itself. For example, if the word internet crime is used, the meaning of the internet crime (“The internet crime include that group of crimes which make criminal use of the internet infrastructure like (i) Hacking- theft of information, theft of passwords, theft of credit card number(ii) Launch of malicious programmes etc”) will also be explained.

LET 2018 Admit Card/Hall Ticket
The admit card for LET 2018 will be issued for only those candidates who will successfully registers for the exam. The LET Admit card is available for download from May 23, 2018 at lloydlawcollege.edu.in. To download the admit card, the applicants need to enter their login credentials such as Email ID and Password. It is important that the candidates should bring the printed copy of the LET 2018 Admit Card on the day of the examination.

LET 2018 Result
The Lloyd College will publish the LET Result 2018 online at its official website, lloydlawcollege.edu.in. The candidates who will appear for the test can check their result by entering their roll number, date of birth etc. The shortlisting of candidates will be done on the basis of the merit in the entrance examination. Those who will qualify the entrance test will then further have to appear for Personal Interview.

Seat Intake in Llyod Law College
The distribution of seat for BA LLB and LLB program has been given below:
- For BA LLB (5 years) – 240 seats
Out of these 240 seats, 180 students are selected on the basis of merit of LET 2018 followed by Personal Interview and 60 seats are reserved for the merit of students with CLAT score followed by Personal Interview taken by Lloyd Law College.
- For LLB (3 years) – 240 seats
