The application process for KIIT Law 2019 Exam is online. Students have to get the application form by visiting the official website. To apply for the KIIT Law 2019 Exam, students can follow the below-mentioned steps.
Step 1: Students can click on the direct link above to access KIIT LLB or LLM 2019 application form.
Step 2: Once you are on the official website, click on the link that says “KIITEE 2019 Apply Online”
Step 3: Now, from the list of the available courses, students have to choose the LAW course according to your choice and preference. Select ‘B.A. LL.B / BBA LL.B / B.Sc LL.B (5 YEARS)’ or LLM and click on “Submit”.
Step 4: On the Next screen, students will be given an option to either edit their preference of Application form or click on “confirm” to fill the selected application form.
Step 5: The candidate would be shown some important instructions on the screen. It must be well taken care of that the students go through these instructions very carefully before proceeding to fill the application form. After reading all these instructions, students have to click on “Apply Online”
Step 6: Fill up the personal and academic details in the application form. The students must remember to mention true information on the application form.
Step 7: Check the details mentioned in the application form and click submit.
Step 8: After clicking on submit the candidate would be required to upload the documents such as the photograph and the signatures. The candidates will also be required to upload the class 10th Marksheets and certificates.
Candidate applying for KIIT Law Entrance exam should check the eligibility criteria, if eligible then only apply for the exam. Check the eligibility criteria for B.A.LL.B/ BBA LL.B/B.Sc LL.B(5 years) and LL.M(1 year).

Age Limit: The students who will appear for B.A.LL.B/ BBA LL.B/B.Sc LL.B should be less than 21 years of age.

The Admit card is the most important document to be carried on the entrance exam day. The candidate won’t be allowed in the exam centre under any circumstances without the Admit card. The candidate has to carry the print out of the Admit card to the centre along with photograph/ identity proof for identity verification. The result of KIIT Law Entrance Exam 2019 will be declared on the official website of KIIT. On the basis of marks secured by the candidate in the entrance exam, separate Merit List will be prepared for B.ALL.B / BBA.LLB / B.Sc.LL.B and LL.M. A cut-off will be fixed by the University at the time of declaration of Entrance Result. Candidate can check their result by providing the Application number.
The students who will qualify the KIIT Law 2018 Entrance Exam will be able to download their rank cards from the official website by providing their application number. The candidate having a rank above the cut-off rank shall be invited for counselling. In case one or more candidate secure the same marks then tie-breaking shall be used.
Sometimes it happens that two or more candidates secure equal marks in the KIIT Law entrance exam. In such a case the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will use the Tie-breaking criteria. The inter-se merit of such candidates shall be determined as follows.
LLM:- In case there happens to be a tie between two candidates, the candidate older in age would be given preference.
Candidate qualified in the KIIT Law Entrance Exam 2019 will be called for the counselling. It is the last process of admission. Counselling and seat allocation will be purely on the merit-based i.e. on the basis of performance in the entrance exam. Counselling schedules will be published in KIIT website after the declaration of result. Once all the seats are filled counselling process will get over.
Document verification would be done at the time of the counselling admission. So as to verify records on identification, age, qualifying exam and category of candidates. On failing to establish correctness in any of the documents, the candidates will not be considered for admission.
The candidate called for counselling must bring Original documents and token fees to the Counselling centre. List of Documents.
The KITTEE 2019 Quota Seats are distributed among the different category students as follow.
Physical Challenged: Candidates will be considered eligible for admission under PC Category, who are having 40% disabilities in consonance with Section-39 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Participation) Act, 1995. As the institution is not having adequate facilities, the candidates having locomotory disabilities are only eligible to apply.
The fee structure for BA.LL.B / BBA LL.B / B.Sc. LL.B and LLM per semester wise is mentioned below. Candidates should note that this is the last year’s fee structure and is only for reference purposes. However, the fee is expected to remain the same for this year also.
