The Kerala LLM 2019 Counselling will be conducted after the students have appeared for the exam and have received the answer key. Commissioner of Entrance Exams (CEE) follows the Centralized Allotment Procedure (CAP). The official dates for the Centralized Allotment Procedure will be announced on the offcial website cee-kerala.org and also in the leading newspapers. Also, CEE will not send individual intimation to the candidates. So, the students must make sure to keep tracking the official website and also the newspapers. The students need to have all the required documents ready at the time of admission at the allotted institute. CAP Registration Fee

Once the Centralized Allotment Procedure notification is out, the students will have to pay the registration fee. Candidates can check out the fee as charged in the previous year. CEE may make changes in the registration fee. In such a case, we will update the same on this page.

  • CAP Registration Fee for General and SAP Category Candidates – Rs 800/-
  • CAP Registration Fee for SC/ST candidates – Rs 400/-

Documents To Be Produced at the Time of Admission

There are certain documents that need to be ready at the time of admission. It is great to know about these documents well in advance so that the students do not hassle at the time of admission. Students should make a proper file of these documents so that the same can be submitted.

  • Data Sheet of LLM
  • CEE Issued Allotment Memo
  • Provisional Degree and Certificates
  • Mark sheets of the LLB exams
  • Original certificates
  • Any other documents that are mentioned in the Memo
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Conduct Certificate – Issued by the institution last attended/ Obtained from a Gazetted officer obtained within a time limit of 6 Months
  • Recent Passport Sized photographs – 2 Copies
  • Eligibility Certificate from a Kerala university; in case candidate has passed the qualifying examination from any outside state.
  • Relieving order and a Good Conduct certificate for the candidates employed or getting trained in Government Service.

Kerala LLM 2019 Centralized Allotment Procedure

Online Registration

First, the students will have to complete the online registration for the CAP procedure. To do this, the students need to visit the offcial website cee.kerala.gov.in and login to their accounts. To login, the students have to enter their application number and password.

After logging in to the account the students have to select the “LLM 2019 candidate portal”

Option Registration

Now, the students have to do the option registration. The students will be able to see the list of colleges by clicking on the “List of Colleges” link. Along with the names, students will see the three-letter codes. Through this list itself, the students will be able to see the number of available seats and the students will be able to fix their options without any difficulty. Students can select the college he/she is interested in and make sure to click the save button.

It must be kept in mind that the candidate will only be considered for the college he/she has marked his/her preference for and thus the request to opt the college he/she has not marked as a preference will not be entertained.

To cancel a selected college or any on the page the students can do so by entering the number 0 against that college and clicking the update button. Also, the student is bound to accept the college he/she gets otherwise he/she will lose it.
