- Conduct Certificate – Issued by the institution last attended/ Obtained from a Gazetted officer obtained within a time limit of 6 Months

Centralized Allotment Process – Explained
After the conduct of Kerala LLB 3 year Entrance Exam, the students will have to be a part of the Centralized Allotment Process. Candidates can find the complete explanation from below.
Register Yourself for Centralized Allotment Process
First of all the students have to register themselves for the CAP process. The registration can be completed on the official website. Candidates whose results are awaited for any reason will also be able to register themselves on the official website. Candidates can do the registration using their the Login and Password.
Check the List of Options: Once the students have registered themselves, they will be able to check a list of the colleges available for the through the Single window system.
Click on “College List”: Now the students have to click on the link that says “College List”. Upon clicking the students will get to check the colleges and their 3 letter codes. Students should further check the courses and available courses in the colleges. This can be done by clicking on the college code.
Get the options on the Homepage: Next, the candidates have to register the options on the home page. This can be done by entering the college-code combination. This will fix the options selected by the candidates on the home page. The candidate has to enter the preference number for a particular college.
Saving and Revising of Options: After fixing the options on the homepage, the candidates can follow the directions given on the homepage to register them. Students should save the data regularly by clicking on save so that the data is not lost. Students should only register the options that He/She is really interested in. Students will not be eligible to claim admission in a college that he/she has not registered for. To cancel the options registered students can enter “0” against the registered options and clicking on Update.
Note: If a student gets allotted to a seat, he has to accept it, else he will not be eligible for further allotment.
Check the options list: The facility of option list will be available to the students. This facility is for the students who face any problem while directly entering the data. Students can subsequently enter the data in the system using the options list. Students can revise the option to make sure that the options list is according to his/her preference.
Take a Printout of the Options form: Next, the students have to take a printout of the options form and keep it safe for future reference.
Remittance of Fee: The students will be notified about the allotment schedule and the allotment memo. Students will be notified by CEE about the availability of the options form and they will have to take a printout of the same. The details of the allotted college and the fee to be remitted by the students wil be notified. Students have to pay the admission fee at the time of taking admission.
Take Admission: Finally, the students who will submit the fee have to take admission in the allotted college. If they fail to pay the fee or join the allotted college, their allotment will get canceled.
Kerala LLB 3 Year 2019 Counselling – Spot Allotment
After the complete admission procedure (Centralized Allotment Process) gets over, if there happens to be any seat available for the candidates, the Spot Allotment shall be conducted. Candidates who want to participate in the spot allotment have to download the Spot Allotment Registration Slip. The slip can be downloaded by clicking on the link that says “Spot Allotment Registration”. Students have to enter their Application Number and Password in the “3 Year LLB 2019 – Candidate Portal”. It must be ensured by the candidates that they are physically present at the Spot Allotment Venue at the time as informed by CEE with their ‘Spot Allotment Registration Slip’.
