Preparation Tips for SLAT 2019
Mathematics is there for you
Many students believe that maths will not be a part of the SLAT 2019 exam. This was true till 2017. However, from the previous year, it can be said that mathematics has secured a space in the SLAT 2019 exam. Mathematics will be there in the SLAT 2019 exam but in disguise. However, a good news is that the questions will be easy. Students will see the mathematics questions in the Analytical Reasoning section. Thus, make sure to practice the same. Start preparing for WAT-PI right after the symbiosis law exam.
After the Symbiosis Law exams are over, the students who qualify have their names in the merit list for WAT-PI (Written ability Test and Personal Interview). Students must loosen up after the exams but they must stay attentive. 7-10 days after the exam, the WAT-PI round will be conducted. WAT and PI will have a major weightage in the SLAT 2019 exam.
Preparation Tips for the Written Ability Test (WAT)

- Always be prepared for the generic questions like "Why did you choose Law?”.
- Along with all the above interview tips, just try and remain as cold-minded and calm as you can.
- The interviewer may try to put you in a situation where it is easier to lose patience but that is what you are going to be judged upon and if you will do so you will lose marks.
