Visit the Counselling Venue
Next, the candidates have to personally visit the counselling venue. Candidates have to attend the counselling procedure at BVP New Law College Pune/Bhartiya Vidyapeeth Institute of Management, New Delhi.
Confirm the Admission
Next, the students have to confirm their admission which can be done by paying the complete fee as mentioned in the brochure. The fee amount has to be paid via demand draft.
Note – Candidates are informed that the admission remains provisional until the eligibility of the candidates is proved. If the candidate is found ineligible at any stage, his admission will get canceled.
Cancellation of Admission/Refund of Admission Fee
Students can cancel the admission at any stage after the counselling. However, for the refund the students have to make the appeal before the last date of admission of the particular course. Candidates must check the below criteria for refund of the admission fee.
Case A) – If the student withdraws the fee before the starting of the particular course he is eligible to get the complete refund after deduction of Rs 1000/-.
Case B) – If the students withdraws the fee within 15 days of commencement of course, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded.
Case C) – if the student withdraws the fee within 30 days from the commencement of the course, 20% of the amount will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be refunded.
Case D) – If the student withdraws the fee after After 30 days, no refund will be made. However, if a candidate fills his vacant spot, 25% of the amount will be deducted and the rest of the amount will get refunded.
Case E) – If the student leaves the course after the last date for admission, he will not get any refund. Moreover, such candidates have to pay the full amount of the tuition fee for the entire remaining duration of the course.
